Return Policy

We value you and want every customer to love their purchase absolutely. We are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. If you are unhappy with any product you purchase from us for any reason, simply contact our support team with your order number, and we'll issue an RMA and a prepaid return label.

 

Any opened products may be returned for any reason within 60 days of initial purchase. Any unopened products may be returned within 6 months of initial purchase. Full refunds to the original payment method can be issued within 3 months of the purchase date.

Disclaimer / Disclosure

Our essential oil products are sourced from organic raw materials grown on farms that produce only organic, pesticide-free, non-GMO plants and seeds.  Our Fulfillment partner, Jade Bloom, uses only raw materials to produce the essential oils for sale, in accordance with the FDA's GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) list.

You agree to consult a professional reference when determining correct dilution ratios before applying any essential oil externally.  The product information is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Any health statements and recommendations made on our essential oil product listings have not been evaluated by the FDA.

 

Shipping

Free shipping to Canada and Mexico on any orders over $100. We currently do not ship essential oil products outside of the United States.  Customers may be responsible for additional customs fees, depending on how the destination country's government taxes imports of essential oils.  

 

Shipping rates will be quoted based on the cart contents and the destination country during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when registering with the site. Lost, misplaced, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer shall be the customer's sole responsibility and are not covered under Shipping Insurance. We will make our best effort to redirect shipments as needed to correct shipping addresses, ensuring that customer orders are fully satisfied. Should a reshipment be necessary, it may be subject to a Signature Confirmation Requirement and additional shipping charges to the customer.
